Financial Aid
If you are like most college students, you’ll need to rely on financial aid to pay for your education. In fact, over 95 percent of LeTourneau students receive some form of financial aid. Our knowledgeable and friendly Financial Aid staff is dedicated to helping you find the financing options that are best suited to your needs.
Getting Started
1. Complete and submit an application for admission to the School of Graduate and Professional Studies. You can submit an application here.
2. If you are accepted, you will receive your acceptance letter from LeTourneau.
3. Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online. You can access the FAFSA form here. Note: Note: LeTourneau University’s FAFSA code is 003584.
4. Receive your Offer of Financial Aid Assistance by email from your LETU email account.
5. Accept and submit your Offer of Financial Aid Assistance online via Electronic Awards.
If you have been accepted for admission into LeTourneau, your financial aid package will come to you in the form of an electronic award letter approximately four to six weeks after you submit the FAFSA on the web. Depending upon your individual eligibility for each federal program, your Offer of Financial Aid Assistance may include some combination of Federal Pell Grants, Federal Subsidized Stafford Loans or Federal Unsubsidized Stafford Loans.
A small percentage of students are randomly selected for verification by the Federal Processor of the FAFSA. If you are selected for verification, the Financial Aid Office will send you a letter requesting additional information including a signed copy of your and your spouse's income tax return(s), W2s and a completed verification worksheet.
You can contact the School of Graduate and Professional Studies Financial Aid office at 1-800-759-8811 ext 4350, or by email at Finaid@letu.edu.
